GDPR – POLICY FOR THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

Järvsö Industriplast AB will process personal data, such as names and any addresses we register about you, to provide the services you have requested and for the follow-up of sales, product development, and quality. We will also use the data to market Järvsö Industriplast AB. We do not store personal data longer than necessary or required by legal obligations.

The number of people with access to the data is limited, and the information is not disclosed to any other organization unless they are performing services on behalf of Järvsö Industriplast AB. In such cases, a specific confidentiality agreement will be signed.

Under GDPR, you are entitled once per calendar year to receive information about the personal data we process about you, regardless of how it was collected. If you wish to obtain this information, you must submit a written request to us. According to data protection regulations, the request must be signed by you and sent by post; it cannot be sent via email.
